Ashley E. Wagner received her undergraduate degree, with Honors, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2005 and graduated from DePaul University College of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, in 2009.  While at DePaul, Ms. Wagner received CALI Awards for Excellence in Tort Law, Criminal Law and Legal Analysis, Research and Communication III.  She was a member of DePaul’s Jessup International Moot Court team that competed in the International Round Finals in Washington D.C., where her team’s brief was awarded 5th Best out of over 100 teams.  In the spring of 2008, Ms. Wagner was an extern for the Honorable Judge Dennis Burke.  Ms. Wagner concentrates her practice in construction litigation, transportation law, and general insurance defense.  She is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and the Illinois State Bar Association.  Ms. Wagner can be reached at AWagner@lcllaw.com
