Kathleen M. Waitzman received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2001 and graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2004. While in law school, Ms. Waitzman was a student attorney for the Technology and Intellectual Property Clinic and received a General Certificate of Intellectual Property.  She concentrates her practice in construction litigation, construction defects, premises liability and transportation/ trucking law. Ms. Waitzman also has experience in cases involving medical malpractice and appellate work. Ms. Waitzman has been admitted to practice in the state of Illinois and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
