William C. Joern William C. Joern received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in 2001 and graduated from DePaul University College of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, in 2008. Mr. Joern externed for the honorable Justice Robert Cahill of the Illinois Appellate Court, First District for the fall and spring semesters of the 2007-2008 academic year.  Mr. Joern also served as a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing and research program, and he received a CALI award for excellence for his senior research thesis.
