Medical Malpractice:  The firm has extensive experience representing healthcare providers including physicians, dentists, nurses, and nursing home operators in medical malpractice actions.  In addition, the firm has represented physicians in administrative matters pending with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.  A representative list of clients and cases will be made available upon request.

Asbestos and Toxic Torts:  The firm has extensive experience representing asbestos manufacturers, distributors, and end use users.  Bruce W. Lyon has coordinated the national defense of asbestos litigation for two major railroads and has handled over 1,000 open files in the northern half of Illinois for a major asbestos manufacturer.  The firm has also represented clients in chemical exposure and chemical release cases including class action litigation. Commercial Litigation:  The firm has represented corporations, small businesses, and individuals in commercial litigation including breach of contract actions, software licensing disputes, and claims arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
